Trade stand bookings
All trade stands have now been purchased (from 15 May) so you are unable to book a stand online. The forms are still available for download as you may want to apply to be added to the reserve list.
Use this page to get the information you need to book your trade stand at the Honley Show. The following steps will take you through how to book your trade stand space.
First step
Be sure that you want a trade stand! Other opportunities include catering (food, drinks, ice cream concessions) and the food hall / craft tent.
Second step
Study plan 1 of the show field, and plan 2 of the trades stands village to decide which location and pitch size you wish to book. All traders will need to download the following: Information for Traders, Application Form, Risk Assessment and Terms and Conditions of Booking.
Third step
Make your booking. Decide if you would like to book your space electronically, online, using the order process at the foot of this page.
For postal bookings, please send your cheque payment, a copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate, a completed Application form and Risk Assessment, with a stamped addressed envelope, to the Trades Stands Secretary. Your application will not be confirmed until these are received and your cheque has been cleared.
Fourth step
After making your electronic booking you need to send a copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate, a completed
Application form and Risk Assessment, with a stamped addressed envelope,
to the Trades Stands Secretary. Your application will not be confirmed
until these are received.

Use the site plans to choose your preferred location - main show field or trades stands village - and pitch type.
Select the correct colour option from the list of choices in the window below, and press the Buy Now button.
You will be transferred to the payment page where you will be given a range of payment options. This process will send a message directly to the Trades Stands Secretary. Your booking will be confirmed when all the paperwork is received.
The Secretary will contact you if your chosen pitch type has been sold, to offer an alternative (where possible). If all pitches have been sold you will be given a refund.
