Traditional Gypsy Cob Association classes

Ring 1
Judging to commence at 8.30am

Class 9 – Youngstock – fillies, colts & geldings aged 1,2 & 3 years old.
Class 10 – In Hand Senior, not exceeding 148cms – mares, stallions & geldings aged 4 years and over.
Class 11 – In Hand Senior exceeding 148cms – mares, stallions & geldings aged 4 years and over.
Class 12 – Ridden not exceeding 148cms – mares, stallions & geldings aged 4 years and over.
Class 13 – Ridden exceeding 148cms – mares, stallions & geldings aged 4 years and over.

These classes are qualifiers for the Best of Breeds Finals at the Traditional Gypsy Cob Association (TGCA) National Breed Show,  Traditional of the Year Show (TOYS). Full details of membership, horse registration and showing rules (as laid out in the Member’s handbook) can be obtained by visiting www.tgca.co.uk
These classes are open to all traditional gypsy cobs.
The top three in each class qualify.
In open height classes, the top three in small and large sections qualify
Stallions  – All stallions (4yrs & over), in order to enter any TGCA affiliated classes must be registered with the TGCA prior to the Show  and have their TGCA stallion disc displayed  on their bridle.
Existing TGCA Members must present their qualification card to the judge in the ring for signature.
Non-members will receive a qualification card from the judge and will then have 21days to join the TGCA and to register their horse in order to validate their qualification.
This is a Quest Championship Show
1st, 2nd & 3rd from the TGCA classes may go forward to our Quest for a Star Championship, provided they are current TGCA members and the horse is registered. Membership cards and qualification cards(specific to that exhibit) must be presented upon entry to the ring. The Champion and Reserve qualify for the Ultimate Star Championship at TOYS

Entry Fee: £5.00 (£7 on the day) Pre-day entries close 3rd June 2017

Exhibitors passes – 2 per horse.
